The affairs of the organization are managed primarily by CA. Atul Goel supported by other partner and dedicated senior team member having experience from 15-25 years.

CA. Atul Goel is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and has more than 14 years of work experience. He joined the firm as partner in 2001 and now manages the whole affairs of the firm.

His strengths includes tax planning and management, project appraisal, conducting strategic reviews and due diligences and bank audits.

He has carried out various due diligences assignments including due diligences assignments of foreign subsidiaries for various purposes. He has been actively involved in a variety of business reviews, strategic alliances, valuation, fund raising and financial monitoring and liaison with various governmental departments.

He has been representing clients at various levels for corporate matters and also had been actively involved for getting various approvals under Foreign Currency Regulation Act, 1976 and Income Tax Act, 1961.
